PORTABLE PICTURE READER AND HANDY COPY SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain a picture reader and handy copy system of which portability is good by reading information drawn on a substance to be filmed, compressing it, storing it, sending it to an external output device based on a copy output instruction and copy-outputting it. CONSTITUTION:An image sensor 1 is placed on the original, the copy switch of an operation part 6 is turned on and the sensor 1 is moved on the original by manual. The sensor 1 scans the image on the original, reads it as a bit image and sends it to a compression circuit 2 as the information 100. By turning on the output switch of the operation part 6, the image information stored in a memory 3 is sent to an output interface 5 as output 106. The image information sent to the interface 5 is sent to th external output device such as an image printer or a personal word processor through a signal conductor 200, expanded, decoded and copy or display-outputted as a visible picture.
