PAPER MONEY PROCESSOR WITH STORAGE LEVEL DISPLAY FUNCTION

PURPOSE: To efficiently display a paper money storage quantity by providing a paper money counting means, a paper money storage quantity display unit, and a storage quantity graphic display control means. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 51 controls respective circuits according to a program in a ROM 52 and stores input/output information in a RAM 53. A counter 55 counts how many paper movies are put in and out of containers C1 -C4 when the paper movies are received and paid. At the time of money reception, a paper money discriminated as a good paper money is sent to a specific direction and a sensor S detects the paper money being stored in the container C1 ; and the counter 55 counts up by one and the CPU 51 makes a graphic display at the display part A of a display unit 19 corresponding to the container C1 . A paper money discriminated as a defective paper money is stored in the container C4 , the counter 55 counts up by one, and a display is made at a display part A. After money reception/payment processing, the increment or decrement of the counter 55 is counted by the CPU 51 and the storage quantity in the C1 is displayed as a 9-stage figure. Other containers are the same. Consequently, the storage stages of paper movies in safes by the denominations are immediately known only taking a glance at display figures.
