Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent gears from meshing noises by providing elastic arm portions consisting of a plurality of elastic struts disposed circumferentially of a main body and tooth portions mounted respectively to these struts on the tooth portions fixed to the other ends of respective struts. CONSTITUTION:Struts 11 provided at proper intervals circumferentially of a cylindrical body 10 have proper elasticity. To the other ends of these struts 11 are fixed respectively tooth portions 12 having elastic arm portions 13 disposed on one side of the body. This arm portion 13 is formed on the outer surface with a tooth face 14 which reduces a tooth crest 14a above a pitch line P inward of a standard tooth form and bulges a tooth flank 14b outward of the standard tooth form, so that the start of meshing can be carried out smoothly.
