Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To simplify a structure and to rapidly and efficiently execute a spraying operation by supporting a fluid path means at the center in the axial direction of a hollow cylindrical divided to two chambers by an apertured piston and arranging respectively plural valve means in specific positions. CONSTITUTION: A desired fluid chemical compsn. is packed in the first chamber 46a and while the catalyst 24A is held in the state of closing the valves 34, 36A and 38A, an outer cap 28A is turned. The valve 34, then the valve 36A are opened slightly each and pressurized water W passes the fluid path 30A and further, the water is dispensed from a fluid-dispensing system 20 via the aperture 68. The second chamber 48A is also filled with the pressurized water and is compressed by the opening of the valve 36A and, therefore, the water acts on the piston 26 and when the third valve 38A is opened, the piston 26 is moved leftward. As a result, the desired compsn. is extruded from the first chamber 46A or through the nozzle orifice by means of the piston 26.
