Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make it possible to turn quickly by providing a projecting or projectable resistance member on both sides or one side of a craft body on bottom part of the craft body. CONSTITUTION:When a projectable resistance member 7 attached on providing a supporting point to a craft body 1 is held in a position L on the left board side of the craft body 1 on moving the same thereto with top end position in D level sunk into water from U position higher than water surface, during the craft body 1 is running on water surface in floating up, the craft body 1 is decelerated by resistant force acting to the resistance member 7 and starts to turn to the left board side as learning to the left board side. Again, clearance between the skirt 6 and the pressure receiving surface 10 becomes narrow on the left board side and wide on the right board side due to inclination to left board side. According to that pressurized air for floating up the craft body in a pressure chamber 8 is mainly discharged to outside from a wider clearance between the skirt 6 and the pressure receiving surface 10 on the bottom part of the right board, together with generating thrust to left board direction on the craft body 1, ACV turns quickly toward left board side without sliding forward in advancing direction owing to operation to left board side on a direction rudder 2. And turning to the right board side is performed in a same way.
