CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX MAKING APPARATUS AND INK CONTROL PRINTING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREIN

PURPOSE:To sufficiently develop the capacities such as stability, quick drying properties or the like of airborne stability solvent ink, by arranging anilox rolls having ink pockets carved therein in a transfer kneading mechanism and controlling the temp. and humidity of the air brought into contact with the transfer kneading mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a printing apparatus 1, one or a plurality of rolls in a transfer kneading mechanism 9 is composed of an anilox roll 15 having numberless ink pockets 16, 16a... carved therein, and the diffusion of airborne stability solvent ink and the uniformization of an ink film are forcibly performed by said anilox roll 15 and ink is supplied to a printing plate 19 by form rollers 17, 17a. Each of the rolls in the transfer kneading mechanism 9 is surrounded by a cover body 21, and a control apparatus 22 and a sensor 23 are arranged to said cover body 21 and the air brought into contact with the transfer kneading mechanism 9 is heated and humidified or the temp. and humidity in the cover body 21 are controlled by an air recirculation device.
