COMMUNICATION NETWORK CONSTITUTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To build up a network with high cost reduction effect while excluding a redundant link by applying re-optimization of the host network when nodes of >=3 stations are included in the host network by optimization. CONSTITUTION:When 3 stations or above are selected as host nodes, the network is subjected to re-optimization by the host nodes. That is, the link importance is calculated by all the links of the host network at first. Depending on the importance of the link to be calculated, one line each with less importance sequentially is decreased, the charge of line, the cost calculated based on the depreciation of communication equipments having an exchange function installed to each node based on the margin of the link set in advance and the processing above is repeated till the cost reduction effect is lost or just before the link performance of the network is lost. Thus, when 3 stations or above are selected as host nodes in this way, since the network is subjected to re- optimization by the host nodes, any redundant link is excluded and the network with high cost reduction effect is built up.
