Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To discharge air between the side surface of a frame structure and a water-proof layer, and prevent air from being expanded, by arranging a ventilating section and an air removing section, between the side surface of the frame structure and the water-proof layer provided on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Between the structure side surface of a frame 5 provided with a parapet coping at an upper end, and a water-proof layer 6 set on the surface, a ventilating section 7 and an air removing section 8 are arranged. The ventilating section 7 is extended in the rise vertical-direction and the peripheral horizontal direction of a rise wall 3, and is roughly formed in the shape of a lattice, and the air removing section 8 is set on the upper end section of the vertical ventilating section 7, and an external section and the ventilating section 7 are composed to be communicated with each other.
