Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R -R are (substituted) phenyl and phenyl lower alkyl (substituent group is halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy)furyl or furyl-lower alkyl; n is 1-10] or salt thereof. EXAMPLE:1,7-Bis[3-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1-furfurylureido]heptane. USE:A preventive and treating agent for cerebral infarction, transient ischemic paroxym, angina pectoris, peripheral thrombosis and obstruction, etc. PREPARATION:A diamine derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with an isocyanate compound expressed by formula III [R and R are (substituted) phenyl and phenyl lower alkyl (substituent group is halogen, lower alkyl, etc.) in a molar amount of normally twice - excess based on the diamine derivative according to the reaction formula to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I or salt thereof.
