Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce coefficient of friction against a sliding plate so as to enhance the abrasion resistance of a ceramic belt piece by flexibly connecting each recess area on the one side of neighboring ceramic belts to each projection area on the other side with a connecting pin which is passed through rollers located on both sides of the projection area, so that the circumferential lower end of the roller is a little projected from the bottom surface of the ceramic belt piece. CONSTITUTION:A projection area 4 is provided on the one side of each ceramic belt piece 1 and a recess area a is provided on the other side. The recess area 3 and the projection area of each neighboring ceramic belts 1 are flexibly connected to each other with a connecting pin 2 which is passed through each ceramic roller 5 on both sides of the projection area 4, so that a series of ceramic belts can be formed. In this case, as the dimension of the outer diameter of the roller 5 is made a little larger than the height (the thickness) of the ceramic belt piece 1, the circumferential lower end area of the roller 5 is a little projected from the bottom surface of the belt piece 1 in a connected condition. Then the ceramic belt piece 1 is slid by roiling friction against a sliding plate 8, and its coefficient of friction is considerably reduced. Consequently, abrasion resistance can be enhanced.
