Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin composition improved in low-temperature impact resistance, by mixing a thermoplastic polyester mainly consisting of repeating 1,4-cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate units with a maleic anhydride-graft modified polyolefin in a specified mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester (A) having at least 85mol.% repeating 1,4-cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate units is mixed with 0.5-10 pts.wt. maleic anhydride-graft modified polyolefin (e.g., maleic anhydride-graft modified low-density polyethylene) to produce a composition for extruded sheets. In this way, the low-temperature impact strength of component A can be improved because the maleic anhydride molecules in component B and the 1,4- cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate molecules in component A undergo a partial crosslinking reaction during melt kneading and therefore component B can be homogeneously mixed with component A.
