ELECTRONIC FILING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily print plural images by adding a printing control means for simultaneously controlling the printing and the retrieval therewith aside from a retrieving means. CONSTITUTION:When a retrieving and printing mode (c) is instructed by a keyboard 2, an input control means 11 operates the printing control means 14. A printing data file formed based on image information desired to print to a magnetic disk 51 or a floppy disk 52 is inputted. Based on this printing data file, an image is automatically retrieved from an optical disk 31 or a magnetic disk 32 independently from a retrieving means 12 based on this printing data file to instruct to image information control means 13, operate a printer 14 and print. In such a way, since the information of the image printed by the printing control means for simultaneously controlling the retrieval and the printing can be inputted in a file form, the large quantity of the image can be printed without repeating the operation of a retrieval according to the information.
