UNIT STRUCTURE FOR JOINT PART OF COLUMN AND BEAM

PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in a term of work and safety for that, by attaching hoop joint reinforcing bars, arranged and fixed with column main steel joint reinforcing bars, to column and beam steel frames, setting up a form plate and a corbel at the outside, and getting rid of a scaffold with a joint part unitized. CONSTITUTION:Three hoop joint reinforcing bars 6, piercing through each web 5a of beam end steel frames 5 and a reinforcing plate 3a of a column steel frame 2, respectively, and being positionally fixed at these through parts, are arranged at the outside of the column steel frame 2 so as to surround it. In addition, each column main steel joint reinforcing bar 7 is arranged only in each corner of outer parts at the outside of the joint reinforcing bar 6 and tightly attached to the joint reinforcing bar 6, while a form plate 9 is installed at the outside of the column main steel joint reinforcing bar 7 so as to surround it and a deck corbel 10 at the inside, respectively, whereby a joint part of column and beam is unitized. With this constitution, an external scaffold for this joint part becomes unnecessary, so that a term of work is reducible and, what is more, safety for work is well promotable.
