Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate servo control system having high response, by integrating a servo control unit with a servo actuator and connecting the servo control unit with a sequential control unit through an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A servo control unit 20 is provided from a sequence control unit with an operation pattern code signal and an operation parameter signal through an optical fiber 11. A logic controller 3 provides a control signal through a servo amplifier 2 to a servo motor II based on the operation pattern code signal, the operation parameter signal, speed/position detection signals and a current detection signal. The servo control unit 20 is integrated with the servo motor II.
