Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title coating of excellent flame retardancy, which can markedly reduce the space necessary for installing coating equipment, by mixing a phenol epoxy resin with a halogenated epoxy resin derived by substituting halogen atoms for part of the OH groups of this resin in a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:The title coating is obtained by mixing a phenol epoxy resin (A) with a halogenated epoxy resin (B) derived by substituting halogen atoms (e.g., chlorine or bromine atoms) for part of the OH groups of this resin in an A to B weight ratio of 10/1-10. Sb2O3 and a modified imidazole are optionally added to this coating to improve its flame retarding effect.
