Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To realize desired at-site-sensation audibility for a driver and a person in the front seat by conducting a level-correction respectively for acoustic signals to be supplied to left, right, and central speakers and executing a phase correction at the same time. CONSTITUTION:By providing a phase shifter 38 in an on-vehicle audio equipment 21, a phase phi is given to a synthesized signal L+R. By means of this shifter 38 together with those 35, 37, the differences between the arrival times of acoustic waves from respective speakers 16-18 at the ears of a driver 19 and the level of the waves, can be corrected. The right extremity direction P1R of a right speaker 18 can be extended outwardly for a desired degree for the driver 19. As a result, the respective angles alpha1, alpha2 of the left and the right extremity directions P1L, P1R from the normal at the place of the driver can be made satisfy a relation of alpha1=alpha2 for the driver 19. This means that a sound source C1 is positioned just in front of the listener, and at the same time, the distributive density of a sound heard by the driver can be made uniform. It is the same with the person 12 in the front seat.
