Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title composition giving tackiness when contacted to enable prebonding to an adhered and giving high adhesive force by curing through irradiation, suitable as an adhesive combined with tackifier, containing a resin having ethylenic unsaturated group in the side chain. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) a resin having ethylenic unsaturated group in the side chain, produced by reaction between (i) a rubbery polymer having OH group and primary or secondary amino group, (ii) a cyclic acid anhydride (e.g., succinic anhydride, phthalic anhydride), and (iii) a monomer having ethylenic unsaturated group and epoxy or aziridinyl group and if needed, (B) a photopolymerization initiator (e.g., benzoin, dimethylbenzyl ketal).
