Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make it possible to omit conventional removal process of rolled oxide film by grinding and removing a surface layer by 2mum or more at an initial stage at a grinding rate 1/2 or more lower than that at a normal stage, and thereafter by performing grinding to the inside by the grinding process at the normal stage. CONSTITUTION:A blank surface layer remaining a rolled oxide film thereon at an initial stage is ground and removed by 2mum or more at a grinding speed 1/2 or more lower than that at the time of a normal stage. Next, The inside is ground by a rinding process at the normal stage where the grinding speed is increased. It is thus, possible to finish this blank to be aluminum alloy substrate for such as magnetic disc and the like, having surface roughness Rmax0.3. |
