Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To execute temp. control of a heat treatment furnace with a high response speed and control characteristic by dividing plural pieces of burners to plural segments in the longitudinal direction of the furnace and increasing or decreasing the number of the burners to be ignited in each of the segments so that a set temp. is attained in each of the segments. CONSTITUTION:Materials 22 to be heated are heated in the furnace 23 disposed with plural pieces of the burners 1-18 on the furnace wall. Said heat treatment furnace 23 is divided to the segments (a), (b), (c) each having 6 pieces of the burners along the longitudinal direction of the furnace. Further, temp. sensors 19-21 are disposed in each of the segments (a)... to measure the temps. of the materials to be heated or the temps. of combustion gases corresponding to the respective segments. The number of the burners to be ignited in each of the segments (a)... is increased or decreased in accordance with the combustion value in each of the segments determined from the outputs of the temp. sensors 19... and set temps. Further, if the temp. of the adjacent segments is high, the burners in the respective segments are ignited successively from the side further from said segments and if the temp. therein is low, the burners are successively ignited from the side nearer said segments to uniformize the temp. distribution of the materials 24 to be heated. |
