Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To obtain a test carrier for analyzing a sample liquid easily by performing the covalent bonding of a reactive organic group onto a carrier particle as a coupling group with the carrier particle as an inorganic material and performing the covalent bonding of a ligand to the coupling group. CONSTITUTION: A test layer 33 containing a ligand that reacts with one constituent of a sample liquid has a three-dimensional open structure body. Since the structure body is extremely porous, the sample liquid enters the structure body. A carrier particle 20 is arranged so that a ligand contacts the constituent of the sample when the sample liquid enters. In that case, the particle 20 becomes an inorganic material and a reactive organic group is subjected to covalent binding onto the surface as a coupling group. A ligand 16 is subjected to covalent binding to the reactive organic group, thus obtaining a test carrier for analyzing a sample liquid easily. |
