COMPOSITE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To improve flexibility for various requirements on the occasion of mutual connection of integrated circuits, by utilizing the vacant space on a chip except integrated circuits, and forming a transistor array in said space. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of integrated circuits IC1-IC5 are arranged on a chip. These integrated circuits IC1-IC5 are general purpose IC's or custom IC's which are already developed by users or makers. Further a transistor array 2 capable of constituting a random logic in the inside is arranged in a vacant space S. Since a polysilicon gate 5 is provided with bent parts 5a, 5b, the total length l of INV1-INVn is shortened without changing the channel width W of TRPMOS, TRNMOS. As a result, the total width of the transistor array 2 is reduced, and is easily arranged in the limited vacant space S, so that a function design abundant in flexibility for user's requirements is enabled.
