Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accurately determine an inorganic phosphorus in good precision, by blending a specimen with pyrophosphoric acid-dependent type phosphofruc tokinase, etc., and NAD or NADP and measuring the resultant NADH or NADPH. CONSTITUTION:Pyrophosphoric acid-dependent type phosphofructokinase is blended with phosphoglucoisomerase, fructose-1,6-bisphosphate, glucose-6- phosphatedehydrogenase and NAD or NADP to prepare a reagent composition for determining inorganic phosphorus. The prepared reagent composition is blended with a specimen and the resultant NADH or NADPH is measured to determine an inorganic phosphorus in the specimen. Furthermore, the above- mentioned total chemicals are added and blended at a time or addition of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate and phosphofructokinase can be separately carried out.
