Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily obtain a digital value corresponding to a temperature value by converting the resistance variation of a temperature sensor element into an oscillation frequency as a temperature value and counting this frequency by a counter for a constant time. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit 3 sends out an output signal of frequency varying with the resistance value of a temperature sensor 2 corresponding to current temperature to the counter circuit 4 at all times. Further, a CPU 5 sends out a control signal for specifying circuits 4 of 1ch-Nch at a prescribed period to an address decoder 6, sends out a control signal to a measurement time setting circuit 7, and also outputs a start signal. Consequently, the circuits 4 are selected in order according to the generation of the control signal and receive and count signals from circuits 3 for the certain time set by the circuit 7. The counted values of the circuits 4 are obtained corresponding to the control signal outputted from the CPU 5 to the decoder 6, and the counted values of the circuits 4 of corresponding channels are sent to the CPU 5 through a data bus 8.
