Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To lighten and scale down a video camera unit by directly incorporat ing a miniature solid image pickup device in a holder in which combined lenses are installed and making them one body. CONSTITUTION:The lens holder 1 consists of the plastic lenses L1-L4, synthetic resins of which thermal expansion coefficient are near and the like. An image pickup device housing part 11 is formed in a rectangular parallelopiped state so as to closely house the image pickup device 6. The flange inside faced 13 is provided between the housing part 11 and a lens housing part 12 and made so as to adjust the position between the lenses L1-L4 and the device 6. The bearing ring 14 of a ring state is installed to the tip part of the holder 1 so as to prevent the lenses L1-L4 from coming out. Thus, the video camera unit can be lightened and scaled down.
