Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To uniformly feed air to a fermented food, by opening one end of closed shelves to place a fermented food in a food fermenting chamber and communicating the other end with an air vent to give an air outlet. CONSTITUTION:A food fermenting chamber 10 is equipped with an inlet 16 to feed air-conditioned air and an air vent 32 and shelves 20 to place fermented foods 28 are set in a closed way in the fermenting chamber 10. A face 23A at the left-hand side of the shelves 20 is communicated with an air vent 32 and a face 23B at the right-hand side of the shelves 20 is opened in the chamber 10. Air fed from an air feed opening 16 to the chamber 10 is sent to the shelves as shown by an arrow A and made to flow along the fermented foods 28.
