Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title repellent retainable stably on the skin surface and keeping the repelling effect over a long period, by compounding N,N-diethyl- m-toluamide with castor oil. CONSTITUTION:The title repellent can be produced by compounding 1pt.wt. of N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide with 0.2-3.0pts.wt. of castor oil. The repellent is resistant to be lost from the skin surface by evaporation, transcutaneous absorption, perspiration and abrasion with clothes when applied to the skin and keeps the repelling effect over a long period. The title preparation is used as a liquid, liniment, aerosol, non-aerosol spray, etc., in the form of a solution produced by dissolving or dispersing both components in an organic solvent (preferably ethanol) or in the form of an emulsion.
