Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce labor and time for transhipment by controlling conveying lines for a housing station and a loading/unloading station in such a way that pallets from the both stations arrive at a work station approximately at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet W2 is unloaded from a truck, cargo receiving information is inputted into a control function section 7 by means of an auto matic input of an image sensor 23 or the input of a key board 24. Then, alloca tion for a pallet W1 within a housing station 2 is provided so that the allocated pallet W1 is conveyed to a work station 6 via a stacker crane 11, an aisle conveyor 10, No.1 loop conveyor line 4 and a receiving/issuing line 16. On the other hand, the unloaded pallet W2 is also conveyed by means of a conveyor 13, No.2 loop conveyor line 5 and a conveyor 19 so as to arrive at the work station 6 approximately at the same time. Thus, labor and time for transhipment can thereby be reduced.
