ARTIFICIAL MARBLE HAVING TRANSPARENCY FEELING

PURPOSE:To impart deep transparent hue to a colored gel coat layer and to eliminate possibility of generating irregularity in hue, by forming a laminated structure consisting of the colored gel coat layer having a specific thickness, a room temp. - medium/high temp. curing type translucent resin concrete layer and a clear gel coat layer provided from a back surface side to a front surface side. CONSTITUTION:A colored gel coat layer 1 is composed by compounding 2-20 pts.wt. of a colorant with 100 pts.wt. of a resin and has a thickness of 0.3-1.0mm. A resin concrete layer 2 is formed by compounding 100-300 pts.wt. of a vitreous filler having refractivity of 1.55 with 100 pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin having a refractivity of 1.53-1.54 and cured by a room temp. - medium/high temp. curing agent and has a thickness of 8-15mm. A clear coat layer 3 becoming a surface layer is formed by using a resin which is a compound of 2-20 pts.wt. of the colorant and 100 pts.wt. of the resin in the same way as the layer 1 and has a thickness of 0.3-1.0mm and can suppress the generation of warpage.
