Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain an easy and correct load factor by travelling an idling task having the priority of the lowest level, counting an idle time and obtaining a load factor. CONSTITUTION:When an idling task 8 is set to the priority of the lowest level, the task can be travelled for the idle time of a computer 1. A counting processing part 11 instructs the activation of the idling task 8 to a task control part, when the counting time lapses, instructs the activation stop of the idling task 8, converts it for an idle time by the counted value of a counter 10, operates the load factor by (counting time-idle time)/counting time and outputs it to the terminal. Thus, the correct load factor can be easily obtained.
