Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain an AGC amplifier with a large equivalent width by adding the output of a first amplifier to have a prescribed gain in a prescribed frequency range and the output of a second amplifier to be connected to a time constant circuit and to have a characteristic in which the gain is shielded at a prescribed frequency or below. CONSTITUTION:One side, into which an input signal is branched, is inputted to a first amplifier 10 to have the prescribed gain in the prescribed frequency range. The other side, into which the input signal is branched, is inputted to a time constant circuit 40 to give a prescribed time constant and, thereafter, signal-supplied to a second amplifier 20 to have the characteristic in which the gain of a following stage is shielded at the prescribed frequency or below. The outputs of the first amplifier 10 and second amplifier 20 are added by an adder 30. By such a constitution, the AGC amplifier can be obtained which is suitable for executing an LSI and in which the equivalent width is large.
