Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To have a conductive sheet in which carbon black is dispersed in high uni formity by mixing a specific amount of fluorine-contained resin capable of being turned into fibers with a specific amount of carbonaceous powder, kneading upon addition of a kneading aid agent, which is to then be dissolved and removed, re- dispersing the rest in an organic solvent, followed by filtration and drying, and by molding with a certain temp. and pressure. CONSTITUTION:100wt.% carbonaceous powder or more and 100wt.% fluorine-contained resin capable of being turned into fibers are added together and kneaded upon addition of a kneading aid agent, which is dissolved and removed from the mixture by the use of a solvent, and the rest is re-dispersed in an organic solvent, followed by filtra tion and drying, and then hot pressure molding is made at a temp. 330-400 deg.C and with a pressure 10-150kg/cm . Examples of fluorine-contained resin capable of being turned into fibers are polytetrafluoroethylene and polytrifluoroethylene, while one example of the carbonaceous powder is a one having conductivity such as carbon black having a nitrogen adsorbing specific surface area (N2SA) over 40m /g and a DBP oil absorbing amount no less than 50ml/100g. This allows uniform dispersion and retention of a great quantity of carbon black in the honeycomb netting structure of the fluorine-contained resin fibers. |
