Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a preparation for skin having excellent percutaneous absorption, use feeling and curative effect, by blending a specific pts.wt. of lactic acid propionic acid hydrocortisone with a higher paraffin based hydrocarbon, volatile alcohol and water. CONSTITUTION:0.01-0.5 pts.wt. lactic acid propionic acid hydrocortisone is blended with a base consisting of 5-20 pts.wt. higher paraffin based hydrocarbon (e.g., light fluid paraffin), 0.5-2 pts.wt. surfactant (e.g., Nikkol T-010), 20-40 pts.wt. volatile alcohol (e.g., ethanol), 10-30 pts.wt. nonvolatile polyhydric alcohol (e.g., propylene glycol) and 20-60 pts.wt. water to provide the aimed preparation. Since the preparation is an emulsion lotion, contamination in use for disease of hair part such as head or difficulty in coating is canceled.
