PURPOSE:To prevent respective linking members from damaging, by providing an operating load control mechanism for permitting relative displacement of a sensing member to an operating member if a linking operation load above the set value is applied to the linking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An operation load control mechanism (B) is constituted as follows. If an operation load above the set value is applied from the side of a ground contact float, an engaging member 33 is constituted so as to release engagement with an engaging recessed part 36 against a spring force of a compressive spring 34 and run onto an outer surface (29a) of the second rocking member 29. Thereby the first and second rocking members 27 and 29 may be relatively displaceable.
