ASSEMBLING OF BLISTER PACK AND BLISTER PACK WITH CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a mount and easily assemble a blister pack with a finely finished container part, by assembling the container part by bending up it after attaching a package. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the surface of a mount A to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 at a required position. The mount is folded to the rear along a folding line 14 to bond the front plate 4 of rear face to the back plate 6 of rear face 6. A package B, in which an article 30 is contained, is directly mounted on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 of the folded mount (A) to bond compressively the peripheries. Hereafter, the mount (A) is bent up and down along the folding lines 10-19 respectively and insert pieces 7, 8, 9 are inserted into a rectangular tubular part formed by a upper face plate 1, a front face plate 2, a lower face plate 5 and the back plate 6 of rear face 6 to assemble the container part A1 and then the back plate 6 of rear face and the front plate 4 of rear face are bent upward along the folding lines 13, 15 respectively to complete a blister pack with the container part by forming a rear plate A2 at the back of the package B.
