Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To realize an earth sensor which can respond to a spin phase and non-spin phase, by providing a means to fix a reflecting surface of a reflector on a light receiving shaft of an infrared detector. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 5 of a reflector 3 and an infrared detector 6 are fixed on a satellite in a fixed position relationship. In a non-spin phase, infrared rays 2 radiated from the earth 1 are reflected with the reflector 3 turning on the rotating shaft and incident into the infrared detector 6 to detect an earth code range. On the other hand, in a spin phase, a rotating shaft fixing device 4 is operated to fix a reflecting surface of the reflector 3 at a certain angle to a light receiving shaft of the infrared detector 6. As a satellite itself rotates, infrared rays 2 radiated from the earth are incident into the infrared detector 6 just as in the non-spin phase thereby enabling detection of an earth code range as mentioned above.
