MANUFACTURE OF PRINTED BOARD

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact printed board at a cheap production cost with a large number of molds got at the time of forming, by forming a recess section including an axis-inserting part as a printed board, together with forming a projecting section including a frequency generating circuit, and by making them separable with the projecting section inserted to the recess section of the other printed board. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of printed boards, having axis-inserting parts 23 and frequency generating circuits 24 around the axis-inserting parts 23, are manufactured from a printed-board forming plate of a specified length. In such cases, together with the forming of the recess section 28 including the axis-inserting part 23 as the above- mentioned printed board 22, the projecting section 29 including the frequency generating circuit 24 is formed. And, the projecting section 29 of the printed board 22 is inserted to the recess section 28 of the printed board 22. In addition, the projecting section 29 of the above-mentioned printed board 22 is inserted to the recess section 28 of the other printed board 22, and they are made separable. This enables reducing the area of the printed board compared to the former one, and also enables increasing the number of molds got at the time of forming, in the case of a brushless motor with the same rotor diameter and with the same control circuit.
