MANUFACTURE OF CONCRETE MEMBER BY CENTRIFUGAL FORCE

PURPOSE:To obtain the high quality-concrete member with fine structure, with the free water containing slime is not discharged from inner hollow part, and the work for treating slime is reduced, and further the ratio of water to cement is lowered by discharging free water forcedly outside of a frame through a filter member by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:Many water penetrating holes are bored on the side surface of the rotatable cylindrical frame 2 placed on a pair of wheels 1, 1, and the filter 4 composed of synthetic resin fabric is stuck onto its inner surface. Unhardened concrete 7 is supplied into the frame 2, and when the frame 2 is rotated, the hardening of the concrete due to centrifugal force is accelerated, and simultaneously the free water in the concrete 7 is forcedly pushed out in the outer direction of the cylindrical frame, and then is discharged outside of the frame 2 through the filter 4 and the water penetrating holes 3. The concrete 7 molded by hardening and discharging free water. is released from the frame having been decomposed after solidification, and it is cured. Thus a concrete member is made. The discharging of the free water containing slime is omitted, and the work for the discharging treatment of slime is reduced.
