Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain easily a molded body of superconducting ceramic having a desired shape by diffusing a material for forming a superconducting ceramic into a space between layers of a parent graphite material and forming an intercalated compd. between the layers of the graphite, and sintering in the presence of O2. CONSTITUTION:A material for forming a superconducting ceramic (e.g., CuCl2, YCl3, Ba) is diffused into a space between layers of a parent graphite material having a desired shape such as fiber, film, etc., and an intercalated compd. between graphite layers is formed by heating the diffused material for forming the superconducting ceramic. The intercalated compd. is then transformed to a ceramic material by calcining the intercalated compd. in the presence of O2, thus, the parent graphite material is oxidized and removed in the form of CO2. By this method, a molded body of a superconducting ceramic having a shape corresponding to the shape of the parent graphite material can be produced. |
