Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To allow working states of many workers to be measured at once in which the result of measurement is not dependent of the subject of an observer by containing a vibration detection means and a recording means recording a vibration detection signal with a detection time into a portable container. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a portable container containing a vibration detection means detecting vibration and a recording means recording a vibration detection signal with a detection time. A worker carries the container containing the vibration detection means the recording means and conducts a work, then the vibration detection means is vibrated to generate a detection signal. The detection signal is recorded in the recording means with the detection time. Thus, the working state of the worker is correctly measured by analyzing the data of the recording means.
