ROAD SURFACE LAYER REGENERATOR TO WHICH WEIGHING MIXER IS INSTALLED

PURPOSE: To carry out the surface-layer regeneration of a high quality by mixing the regenerative materials with a new material after heating them at a prescribed temperature, and by measuring the weights of the new material and the regenerative materials by a load cell, or by measuring the amount of additives by a flowmeter. CONSTITUTION: The material scratched up by a scarifier 20 is heated by a heating device 50 up to a prescribed temperature, and is stored in a regenerative material surge bin 14. Then, a new material, regenerative materials, and additives are put into the mixing vessel of a mixer 40. In that case, the weights of the respective materials are measured by a load cell 61, and the additives are measured by a flowmete. Then, batch mixing is carried out inside the vessel of the mixer 60 to manufacture a regenerative mixture. Thus, the temperature of the regenerative mixture can be controlled at a constant, and also the regeneration of the on-road surface layer of high quality can be carried out.
