Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To omit the re-design of a step-down gear when the size of throttle valve is changed by connecting the gear wheel arranged on an output shaft of a planetary gear and the gear wheel arranged on a throttle valve shaft with a teethed belt. CONSTITUTION: A gear wheel 22 is arranged on the output shaft 20 of a planetary gear 18 driven by a drive motor 14. The gear wheel 22 is cooperated with a teethed belt 24 having teeth on its inner side. The teethed belt 24 is engaged with a gear wheel 26 arranged on a throttle valve shaft 28. Even if the size of the throttle valve 12 or the distance between the output shaft 20 and the throttle valve shaft 28 is changed, these changes can be compensated by the adaptation to the teethed belt 24.
