TRANSLATING PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To correctly translate only by instructing by a human being by providing an instructing means and an editing means, instructing an input sentence to be translated to divide into more than one clause and editing the translated result for every divided clause. CONSTITUTION:When a translator instructs a part of an original text displayed on a display device 30 by a cursor, an input according to an object designation is segmented and inputted to a processor 10. This input sentence is divided into at least more than one clause and instructed by the cursor. Then, every input clause is stored in an input buffer 52, and the display of the device 30 indicates a high brightness. When a translator instruction key 21 is operated as required, the input clause is moved to a clause translating buffer 53 and translated for every input clause. When a translated result is preferable, it is added to a result buffer 54. Herein, when an edition instructing key 22 is operated, an edition instructing selection is started to rearrange the clause translations by operating keys 23-25, insert the clause translation and directly correct. Consequently, the translated result is improved for every divided clause, so that the correct translation can be attained.
