Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from being produced in a resistor substrate by a method wherein a keyhole-shaped hole having an opened part at its tip side and a cutout near a part bonded to a main body are provided at a terminal. CONSTITUTION:Two outer terminals 6a, 6b interlinked with both ends of a resistor element and a middle terminal 6c extracting an output signal are inserted at an end face of a resistor substrate 5. The outer terminals 6a, 6b and the middle terminal 6c have keyholes 7 where openings 9 are made at their tip sides; lead wires 8 are fit into the keyholes 7 as shown in Fig. b; then, a soldering operation is executed while a solder is poured into the openings 9 of the keyholes 7 as shown in Figs. c, d. By this setup, a clamping operation at the terminals 6a-6c is not required; the keyholes 7 enhance fluid performance of the solder during the soldering operation; in addition, even when an external force is exerted on the terminals 6a-6c, the external force does not reach the main body 5. By this setup, it is possible to prevent a crack from being produced at a contact part of a component body. |
