Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To understand whether each apparatus requires attention or not at the time of operating a plant by bringing a tag mark for calling operator's attention to image display in the vicinity of a specific one among symbols on a screen of the image display. CONSTITUTION:In case of bringing a symbol, etc. to image display on a screen 22A of a CRT display device 22, a symbol and a system diagram of each apparatus are brought to image display on other display area than a message window area 22B. Also, a tag mark is displayed with a round mark (or * mark) when a tag exists (or does not exist). In such a way, in case of controlling an operation of each apparatus of a plant, while monitoring a screen of the screen 22A, the tag mark is brought to image display, therefore, whether each apparatus requires an attention or not can be understood instantly. Also, when this tag mark is being brought to image display, when an operator designates the tag mark with a light pen 24, designated message information is extracted from an auxiliary storage device 14, and its contents are brought to image display on the window area 22B.
