Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title tape free from reduction in tackiness with only the substrate cut, by cutting at equal intervals the substrate between the inner and outer adhesive layers from the outside of the outer adhesive layer of an adhesive tape followed by the surface of the outer adhesive layer to effect adhesive connection between the facing surfaces after cutting. CONSTITUTION:Receiving rollers 9, 10 are revolved in the opposite direction to each other and a release paper 8 and double-sided adhesive tape 1 are passed between said rollers 9, 10 to cut at equal intervals the outer adhesive layer 2 and the substrate 4 by a plural of blades 5 and the surface of said outer adhesive layer 2 is pressed on the release paper 8 side to mutually adhesive between the facing surfaces 7 after cutting to form the continuous outer adhesive layer 2, thus obtaining the objective double-sided adhesive tape 1.
