Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accurately coincide with a multi hole and enable accurate seeding without giving scattering to amount to the seed, by detecting drawing speed of a multifilm and controlling the driving device of seeder by the detection value. CONSTITUTION:A device 21 for detecting multifilm drawing speed is brought into contact with a multifilm and when the device is brought into contact with a multihole, the device is turn to detect a multihole and drawing speed is detected by detecting time from multihole to multihole. The multifilm is drawn together with running and when drawing speed is detected by the drawing speed detecting device 21, a driving motor 9 is driven to actuate a feed device and a seed is dropped to carry out seeding. Driving motor 9 is driven in accordance with drawing speed and seeding is accurately carried out.
