Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the rate of heat generation and make it easy to recover thermal energy by introducing pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched air into a secondary combustion chamber and introducing oxygen which contains combustion gas from a secondary combustion into a primary combustion chamber and effecting combustion by using a catalyst made of a noble metal mixture with copper as its main ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched air that is sufficient to burn completely the total amount of drain water containing oil in both a primary combustion chamber 1a and secondary combustion chamber 2a is introduced into the secondary combustion chamber 2a to burn completely the drain water that is in the secondary combustion chamber, and the combustion exhaust gas in the secondary combustion chamber 2a which still contains oxygen to burn the drain water in the primary combustion is introduced into the primary combustion chamber. By this operation the primary combustion chamber performs complete combustion in itself. Because in this combustion a catalyst made of a noble metal mixture with copper as its main ingredient is used for the primary combustion, the combustion reactions are promoted and high molecular organic matters are oxidized and decomposed by the copper catalyst and the carbon monoxide which is produced at the same time is oxidized into carbon dioxide by the noble metal catalyst, making the generated heat larger, and sufficient heat can be taken out by a heat exchanger contained inside thereof. |
