Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To unifiedly display the content of repair to a tool repair worker and to ensure management of a tool, by a method wherein, from read using hysteresis data of each tool in relation to a using life set data, life information and repair information are prepared for visual display. CONSTITUTION:A cell controller 22 reads all tool data by a machining cell 10 through a MAP data link, and writes the tool data in a data base 28 by means of the tool using time reading function of the machining cell 10 with which a tool repair content indicating device 26 is provided. Tool data is compared with tool classification and tool using life set data, preregistered in a data base 28, and is computed. When a remaining using life is reduced approximately to a specified limit value, the tool repair information is prepared and visually displayed to write in the file of the data base 28. Using life data of the machining tool of a machining cell is promptly grasped, the repair content is unifiedly displayed to a tool repair worker, and controlling and reliable tool management can be effected.
