Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To reduce the vibration of a Stirling refrigerating machine by arranging each two compression pistons of the compression pistons of the machine in such a state that the pistons are horizontally faced oppositely to each other and vary the pistons in capacity in the same phase, but with a 180 deg. phase difference against another two pistons. CONSTITUTION: The axial centers of compression pistons 1a and 2a having the same diameter and same stroke are made coincident with each other through piston rods 4a and 5a, guide pistons 7a and 8a, piston pins 10a and 11a, a forked connecting rod 13a, a composite connecting rod 14a, bearings 51a and 52a, and a crank shaft 37. Therefore, when the pistons 1a and 2a compress a fluid outward, vibrations hardly occur, because forces having nearly equal magnitudes are applied to the center of the crank shaft 37 and offset. The same can be said to the other compression pistons 1a and 1b. In addition, since each two compression pistons 1a and 2a and 1b and 2b are horizontally counterposed and two Stirling cycles are compounded, and then, the torque fluctuation per one revolution applied to the crank shaft 37 is smoothed, the vibration of the refrigerating machine is reduced. |
