SHUTTER OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR DISK CARTRIDGE

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and the cost of assembling the title device by forming the engaging part of a holder into a protruded state, forming the supporting point part of a shutter lever with a through hole, and composing a torsional spring which possesses both the function of turning and energizing the shutter lever and the function of preventing the separation of the shutter lever. CONSTITUTION:An opening and closing part 1a and a lever part 1c are composed of a solid part with a sheet metal pressing processing, a through hole 1b engages turnably to a protruded part 4a and composes the movable supporting point of a shutter lever 1, and the shutter lever 1 is fitted in a state in which the opening and closing part 1a is about to enter the inside of a holder 4. Further, for a bending part 4c provided to the holder 4, a torsional spring 5 is provided, one tip of which is hung on a contacting part 4b, and the other tip of which is hung on a spring hanger 1d composed in one body on the shutter lever 1, and while the shutter lever 1 is always energized by a force worked in the arrow B direction of the torsional spring 5, the shutter lever 1 is pressed with the torsional spring 5 so that the through hole 1b of the shutter lever 1 is not detached from the projected part 4a. Thus, the number of the parts and the cost of assembling the device can be reduced.
